Module Segment 01

Hands-On Learning Through Textile Upcycling

Each session kicks off with an interactive framework analyzing global textile waste management issues, corporate ESG values, and circular design parameters. Then, participants step directly onto the sewing workshop floor.

Guided step-by-step by master PSJKM community artisans, attendees interact with machinery—many for the very first time. For some, it offers a nostalgic link back to family craft traditions, while for others it opens up an entirely new set of technical skills. Under simple guidance, participants successfully repurposed 23 old company uniforms into custom tote bags and transformed 23 discarded plastic bags into practical multi-purpose pouches.

Module Segment 02

Team Building That Inspires Responsibility

Beyond skill acquisition, the workspace transforms into a lively team-building lab. Colleagues collaborate, share design ideas, and celebrate each other's individual finished pieces.

This interactive communication layout reflects how environmental problem-solving can build corporate communication channels and spark internal innovation. Participants head home carrying not only their custom handmade products, but also a profound sense of achievement and shared green pride.
